The 3 simple steps to integrate your plant into sFIX.

The fear that the integration of an existing plant and the digitalization of the maintenance processes in sFIX is a big effort is unjustified. Not only is the software easy to use, but so is the integration of an existing plant or a new one. We offer you an integration service for a flat rate of 149 € net.
So that we can take over the integration for you, it requires two small steps.

1. component list
Tell us which components/machines are to be integrated. For this purpose, we provide you with an Excel template in which data can be clearly entered. The plant flow chart can be helpful here.
The minimum information required is the name of the component and the desired maintenance interval. If you wish, further information can be entered. For example, the short designation of the component from the flow diagram, date of commissioning, information about the manufacturer.

2. documentations
If you want to store existing documentation, such as operating instructions, maintenance protocols, spare parts lists, etc., you are welcome to provide us with these as PDF files. We will then take care of the integration. It is not mandatory to store the documents, but it will simplify the maintenance process.
The only document that must be stored is a maintenance log. If you have not received a maintenance log from the manufacturer or cannot find one, we will provide standardized maintenance logs.

3. QR codes
As soon as we have received the data from you, we will take care of the integration into sFIX. Afterwards, you will receive the corresponding QR codes by mail and can label the machines accordingly. Simultaneously with the labels, you will receive your access data to the software and the maintenance can start.


Application training?
No training is necessary to use sFIX. Our previous projects have confirmed this. The application is intuitive to use and easy to understand. When you receive your access data, you will receive detailed video tutorials explaining the application. However, if you would like additional individual training, we will be happy to arrange a date for this.
You want to do the integration yourself?
No problem! For the integration and for the maintenance of the software you are not dependent on the sFIX team. The integration can also be done by your own staff. If you decide to go this route, we also provide free video tutorials.

In order for our customers to use sFIX effectively, it does not require a lot of effort and in most cases it can be done within a few hours.
